West Bund Art & Design 2025 took place on 13–16 November across Shanghai’s West Bund. Its twelfth edition brought gallery presentations and design into a wider waterfront arts district, with preview access on 13 November followed by public visiting days.
The main gallery venue was the West Bund International Convention and Exhibition Center at 7 Longyao Road. Other presentations used nearby West Bund sites, making it important to distinguish a gallery’s individual booth location from the fair’s principal venue.
Hauser & Wirth’s programme included Louise Bourgeois, Jenny Holzer, Lee Bul, and Zhang Enli. At the Dome Art Center, Mandy Zhang Art presented Sophie Mei Birkin and JIN Han together in booth DB1, pairing sculptural work with painting and works on wood. These individual presentations offered different entry points into the fair’s international range.

The fair offered a concentrated way to compare Chinese and international gallery programs while exploring an active arts district. Presentations that brought artists into dialogue rewarded visitors willing to look closely at the relationships between materials, images, and display choices.
13 November 2025 was a preview day with restricted access. Participating gallery Whitestone listed invitation-only VIP hours from 13:00 to 19:00 that day, followed by public days on 14–16 November, from 12:00 to 18:00. Different sections could have their own entry arrangements. Archived ticket prices are not quoted here without a verified applicable ticket category. This edition has ended.
